• To aid the team in improving its problem solving methods

instructionsInstructions

1. Explain the purpose of the activity and discuss each of the methods in handling conflicts. You can read this section in my articles to learn about the five methods in handling conflict.

2. Each participant should have his own Problem Solving Methods Sheet and label a point where they believe the team is at.

3. After about 15 minutes, each participant presents his sheet and justifies with reason for the point which he placed the team at.

4. Ask each participant to talk about one or two incidents that led him to believe that the method of problem solving in the team is as such.
