Videos That Teach And Inspire

Are you teaching leadership in a very traditional way? Are your leadership teachings all coming from textbooks and requiring people to read?

Perhaps you should consider using videos as a supplement to your teaching material. Videos are achieve much more than what words alone can do. Similar to Leadership Movies, a short video clip can explain much more than a full hour long of expounding on theories.

This is because most people are visual learners. We take in far more information when we see pictures with our eyes than reading words off the board or off a book.

Similarly, when you teach leadership, if you want your team to get the point as fast as possible, it is good to start considering videos as part of your teaching materials. I believe that the results of this use will be evident as people will reiterate and retain far more information. They will become effective leaders and bring the organization forward far faster than otherwise.

In this section, I have included several videos that teach leadership as well as videos that inspire. You can use these videos to bring across your point more effectively to your audience, as well as bringing in a different dimension to your teaching.
