Andrew Carnegie was the father of modern steel and was one of America’s richest men. He started the Carnegie Steel Company, which later merged with Steel Company to become U.S. Steel.

» Walt Disney
Walt Disney is the famous founder of Mickey Mouse, the loveable cartoon character that has permeated almost every country and culture in the world. He is the co-founder of Walt Disney Productions and one of the most influential motion picture producers in the world.

» Henry Ford
Henry Ford is the founder of the Ford Motor Company and also the inventor of the modern day assembly line method of production for his Model T cars. He is also an inventor who has been credited with over 100 patents. During his time, he was one of the richest people in the world.

» Sam Walton
Sam Walton is the founder of Walmart, the international discounting retail giant. He is a model business leader who has changed the way big business is done.

» Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa was an Albanian Roman Catholic, and was a famous humanitarian who started the Missionary of Charities. For most of her life, she spent it ministering to the poor, sick and needy people all over the world.

» Mahatma Gandhi
Mohandas Gandhi was a political and spiritual leader of India. Through his cause, he helped India gained its independence and is honoured in India as the Father of the Nation.

» Jesus
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, as known by Christianity. He lived in ancient Israel in the first century and is known by many as the Son of God. Christians believe that Christ was crucified on the cross for all of mankind’s sins; that he died, was buried and was resurrected.

» Lee Kuan Yew
Lee Kuan Yew was the first and longest serving Prime Minister of Singapore; and it was his leadership that brought Third World Singapore into a thriving metropolitan city in a stunning 3 decades.

» Nelson Mandela
Nelson Mandela was the first Black President of South Africa and he was one of the most instrumental figures that helped end apartheid in South Africa. After his term as president, Nelson Mandela went on to become an advocate for a variety of social and human rights organizations.

» Martin Luther King Junior
Martin Luther King Junior was an Americian Baptist preacher, an activist and a prominent leader in the American civil rights movement. His greatest work was probably to fight for the civil rights of the African-American people.

» Abraham Lincoln
Abraham Lincoln is the 16th President of the United States and deemed by many scholars as the greatest President of the United States. He led the Republicans to defeat the Confederates who were challenging for a democratic United States.

» George Washington
George Washington is the first President of the United States and is known as the “father of the country.” Before he stepped up as President of the United States, he was the military commander in chief of the then US forces who drove out the British from America.

» Vince Lombardi
Vince Lombardi is one of America’s most famous football coaches. He was the assistant coach for the New York Giants from 1954 – 1958 and served as Head Coach for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.

» John Wooden
John Wooden was an American basketball coach. His record of winning the NCAA Championships 10 times with the University of California, Los Angeles college team is unprecedented.

» Alex Ferguson
Alex Ferguson is the famous manager of the world renowned Manchester United, which is known by many as the best soccer team in the world. Alex Ferguson is the man behind the rise of this club from mediocrity to greatness.

» Napoleon
Napoleon was one of the greatest conquerors in the history of the modern world. Napoleon’s rise came in a time of chaos, during the French Revolution.

» Genghis Khan
Genghis Khan is one of history’s greatest conquerors. During his reign, he conquered more land than any other ruler in history would, having his territory reach twice the size of the Roman Empire.

» Winston Churchill
Sir Winston Churchill was a British political leader known for his leadership of the United Kingdom during the World War II. He was the one that gave hope to a hopeless nation during the darkest days of World War II, and instrumental in turning the tides of battle against the Axis Forces in Europe.

» Dwight D Eisenhower
Dwight D Eisenhower was a World War II Allied Forces Supreme Commander in Europe who commanded the Allied Forces in the invasion against the Nazis. It was his superb leadership, planning and commanding ability that contributed to the success of the World War II.
