This section Leadership Icebreakers introduces different games and icebreakers you can use to introduce leadership lessons, lift up the atmosphere and bond the crowd.
When any group comes together for the first time, you can expect the reception to be a little cold and formal. However, if you want to truly bond a group of strangers together, you need to facilitate the ‘stripping’ of these formalities with one another.
And you can do that through icebreakers. Icebreakers are extremely use when you want to bond a room full of total strangers.
Instead of having the group know each other better only towards the end of any session, you can turn the whole atmosphere around with a few simple icebreaker games.
I have gathered a whole set of OVER 35 icebreakers for YOU to use! These icebreakers are introduced in a certain format with icons to represent them; you can read here to understand the various sections of the icebreaker.
Also, there is additional instruction on how to facilitate the session with some debriefing notes at the end of the icebreakers. These debriefing notes include any additional things you have to take note of when running the icebreaker as well as some leadership lessons you can teach after the session.
It will add that additional value to the icebreakers on top of great fun, laughter and joy!
Here is the whole table of all the icebreakers I have on this page. If you would like to see the brief descriptions of these icebreakers before you click on them, scroll down and read through the list below!
