Leadership Icebreakers Bringing People Together
This section Leadership Icebreakers introduces different games and icebreakers you can use to introduce leadership lessons, lift up the atmosphere and bond the crowd.
When any group comes together for the first time, you can expect the reception to be a little cold and formal. However, if you want to truly bond a group of strangers together, you need to facilitate the ‘stripping’ of these formalities with one another.
And you can do that through leadership icebreakers. Icebreakers are extremely use when you want to bond a room full of total strangers.
Instead of having the group know each other better only towards the end of any session, you can turn the whole atmosphere around with a few simple icebreaker games.

Point to Note
Do note that the Icebreaker section is different from the Team Activities section. The team activites section is geared toward teams that know each other beforehand and the nature of the activites are more educational. Icebreakers, for the most part, are just for pure fun to bond participants.
