You have to be secure enough to handle it, and not be concerned about people’s opinion.
If you’re a leader or a public figure, criticism and sometimes harsh comments will not be a stranger to you. If you bend over for every person who has an opinion of you, you can be sure that you’ll get nothing done at the end of the day.
